A UK SME with significant care sector recruitment experience and well-earned reputation is looking for new international partners/agents, to provide the assistance for meeting growing demands of the UK care sector clients. The company offers tailored staffing solutions for employers and career-building and recruitment services for the staff employed in the care sector. Recruitment partners/agents are sought to identify suitable candidates from the EU for working in the UK care services.
SME based in Wales (UK) is an established care sector recruitment specialist. The company provides a range of quality staffing solutions for permanent positions within nursing/residential homes and learning disability units.
Our client enjoys well-earned high reputation, working closely with employers and authorities, providing bespoke services to the industry and also offering guidance on recruitment procedures to the other companies engaged in the sector. Other services provided by the company include managerial and executive staff recruitment in the UK and overseas.
For the last seven years, the company was supplying a large number of trained individuals to many UK employers, recruiting staff for the following positions:
- registered nursing staff/student nurses;
- senior care staff;
- junior care staff;
- domestic and support staff;
- home managers.
The company provides assistance to the candidates on obtaining legal working status via a work/study programme or Tier 2 application for the ONP (Overseas Nursing Programme). Also, there is an OISC (Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner) registered sister company, providing immigration advice. Given the nature of the work, the employers usually offer accommodation to their recruited staff.
The company is currently looking for recruitment partners, capable of identifying candidates from the EU countries for working in the UK. Ideally, partners will already be engaged in international recruitment or have extensive exposure to international recruitment sector.
